The New Plymouth School District welcomes Wil Overgaard as Interim Superintendent for the 2023-2024 school year. Mr. Overgaard, who has 41 years of experience in Idaho school systems, retired two years ago as superintendent in Weiser. After retiring he was pressed back into service as interim superintendent for the Buhl, Idaho school district. "We are incredibly fortunate and pleased to have a leader of Wil's caliber step in and help us out while we search for a permanent replacement," said School Board Chairman, Marc Haws. "We are looking forward to a wonderful school year."
