Please submit an evaluation survey for the principal at your school or your child's school this year. Parents, students, and staff who receive services from our Special Education and Title I programs may submit an evaluation survey for our special programs director. All parents, students, and staff may submit an evaluation survey for our superintendent.
To ensure the validity of our evaluation evidence, survey respondents are required to include their names. Anonymous or unverifiable surveys will not be considered.
Surveys will be accepted Monday, May 1st through Monday, May 8th, 2023.
