We anticipate that the main Strategic Planning Committee will meet regularly to discuss all the priorities of our long-term strategic plan. The subcommittees will meet as needed and focus on specific priorities within the strategic plan. The current list of strategic planning priorities came from the results of the strategic planning survey we administered this past spring. Other priorities and subcommittees may form as we continue through the strategic planning process.
